I ordered the wrong size filters from Filterking, which was totally my mistake, and had to send them back. My first impression was okay, this should be simple enough, and mostly it was — but I did have to email them twice before I got a clear answer on what to do.

The refund did come through, so no real issue there, but it took about a week after they received the package. I was kind of quick to think, great, this is going to drag out, but it did get handled in the end.

Overall, not a terrible experience, just not as smooth as I hoped. I’d probably order from them again, but next time I’m definitely checking the filter size twice before hitting buy.

I got the box delivered in the afternoon right before I was heading out to run a couple errands, and I noticed right away it looked clean and wasn’t crushed or beat up. The filters inside were packed well too, with no dents, cracks, or damage that I could see. Straightforward, but nice when something arrives exactly how it should.

I always forget to buy new filters, so having the subscription has been really, really nice. They just show up when I need them, and I don’t have to remember or think about it. It’s easy to adjust too, which makes it even better

Maybe I was just being impatient, but the shipping felt like it took longer than I expected. It did show up in good condition though, so I guess it was fine overall.
